I'm Say.

Product design leader, educator, pixel mover. With a design career spanning almost two decades across New York, Istanbul, and beyond, I am a passionate leader and an award-winning designer committed to excellence in digital craftsmanship.

I believe thoughtful design has the power to transform the world by shaping the way people feel, think, and act.

Currently Head of Design at Rebolt, where I lead a team building AI-powered CRM and marketing tools for home service professionals. Previously Head of Design at WordPress.com (Automattic), where I led design across one of the world's largest publishing and hosting platforms. I also taught as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania and mentor designers through Designlab.
